During normal operations, the app will often 1.) fail to authenticate or 2.) crash on start. After an uninstall and reinstall when the app is no long able to even start up without inmediately crashing, I was faced with a situation where the digital token 1st verification OTP was sent to my email just fine, but the SMS OTP never came which meant I cannot activate. Considering that there is NO OTHER hardware token option now available, I am effectively locked out of my company's bank account. Edited

This App say there is a key logger on my phone. I did so many scan with multiple malware app. Went though background services, Admin apps and all apps . Vgaurd needs to be much more specific on what it detects how to rectify. It detects in a seconds when a malware apps can't in minutes of scan. Finally I did a painful factory reset and I realized its a volume key remapper from google play store which I use on a daily basis. It just so stupid to call all software Keylogger.ANDROID.PhonespyPRO. Edited

The App has repeatedly started crashing after the last update. Have written to the DBS RM 2 days ago and no one bothered to reply. We are locked out of our corporate a/c for 2 days now. This is ridiculous!! Very disappointed.
