I like the app, but im trying to apply to OnePay Cash and it has given me an error every time when trying to enter my credentials. and I know it's not user error because I've used the same exact credentials multiple times for my company. i chatted with customer service about the situation and provided screenshots but haven't heard anything back in days. Will update review once fixed.

So far, it seems really nice! I avoided for the longest time to do any Instapays, as I didn't want to get caught up in the loop of it like other coworkers, but with times like these, it's nice being able to get a little of my paycheck early to take care of expenses... Connecting my bank account to it was a little bit of a pain, but I understand that security measures are needed. It was just a lot of loops and codes being sent. Overall, I so enjoy it so far.

I was awarded the ACNT grant last week and have been given the runaround ever since. Chat and email support says I haven't been approved in their system and tell me to talk to foundation staff. I've gone back and forth half a dozen times. Still nothing. And apparently my app in missing a header? My vehicles' transmission is on its last legs, I need that award. This is unacceptable. Why don't they have a phone support line? Every other banking system does.

I WAS loving the app. It's easy to use, convenient, and helpful. However, January 25th, right after the last update, it shows my daily pay as $2 LESS than what I was making, and hasn't yet updated to the 2% raise amount, either, so my instapays (that I rely on, unfortunately, to pay bills) are less than they should be. I'll change my rating when this is fixed.

After 3 years of flawlessly working, suddenly can't DO anything. Lots of promotions about instapay, but can't actually access it. Whatever you did, undo it. Suddenly useless. UPDATE-10/28/24. For the last couple of months it's working perfectly. I'm happy because it's an extremely useful and convenient app that gives me access to my pay sooner if it's necessary. Thumbs up! Edited
