Been waiting on authorization for diabetic med I have been taking for over 5 years. No sense of urgency to help get this approved. Doctor has responded. Very bad customer service. Will be looking at other options at open enrollment.

Like the insurance itself...almost worthless. DEFINITELY get a plan if you are chronically sick like me so that you will be paying more and more and just watch as it covers less and less so that you find yourself scouring the blk mkt for items like insulin pump supplies because, by the time you meet your sky high deductible, it will be time to start all over! Pad your savings account, too, for those emergency room trips you'll learn to never use too! 👍
