the app works well for submitting orders but it does struggle with a couple things: 1. status updates are vague - I'd like to know a few minutes before it arrives 2. the constant popups asking me to review restaurants are obnoxious

The ABSOLUTE WORST! Our company uses Relish for lunch delivery. Food is always at least 20 mins late. sometimes it is 2 hours late! we never get a notification that food is going to be late until 10 minutes after it is already supposed to arrive. In addition, the food is always in bad shape. cold if it's supposed to be hot, warm if it's supposed to be cold. i have serious food safety concerns about how it is stored and transported. I would NOT use this service if i had a choice.

Hard to use, always nags for a review of ordered food with no way to turn off. Would advise anyone considering to find a better system. Also won't let corporate accounts (presumably the most common users) leave reviews. I downloaded on my personal phone just to express how frustrating the user experience is.

Drivers lie about when food has been delivered all the time. Often the food doesn't get here for 45 minutes after we get told by relish that our food has been delivered. Restraunts also add themselves to the system multiple times, meaning sometimes multiple of the lunch slots we pay for are the same restraunt. We have contacted support about both and been ignored. Use another service.
