My local cracker barrel has an EZ cater sign out front but the app refuses to let me order from them. I called the store and they confirmed they take EZ catering orders.

The company itself 5 stars. This app 2 stars. There are some tech issues with Android users that need to be addressed: 1. Impossible to leave reviews with my Android phone, not able to answer the last question / impossible to submit. Also, the cutoff times are greatly reduced on my Android, I have to order 48 hours out to ensure order can be placed. When ordering withing 24 hour timeframe or when trying to leave a review, I have to use my iPad. Please investigate the issues with Android devices

Created a nightmare, last minute notification of order non-acceptance left me scrambling the day of event, the effort to resolve was described as automated emails and calls. Do it yourself.

Not ready for primetime. Typo on the electronic receipt. Has tip two decimals off. The delivery date on the receipt was incorrectly off by one day. Scary to trust. Should have just called the restaurant.
