absolute trash app. so many bugs. rarely works correctly. consistently inputs wrong information and even if you post the ad it will change your audience or ad spend, or won't post it at app. consistently stops during ad creation. consistently wipes ads while being built. really really disappointing for as much money as we spend on fb ads. they want you to use your computer all the time and it's so outdated. no one else does that. not intuitive at all.

I am not sure but I keep having the WORST issues with ads manager. My threshold is at $30 and it keeps charging my card at $2 if I change my threshold to 50 dollars it's not even changing it and keeps it at $30. My account keeps getting suspended and I have to reach out to customer care who are helpful but I don't know if there's a glitch but I really wish that it is a a little bit smoother.

A complete waste of money. I paid $23 for a campaign that lasted 3 days, and got almost no useful results. Very complicated to use. The amounts they tell you may look like the total spending for the time period. It's not it's each day. They were charging me $6 a day to advertise a car for sale. That's the equivalent of $180 per month. A ridiculous amount of money for a car ad. Total rip-off. Stay away.

Terrible! I tried to use the app to pay and it caused my account to be charged twice, making USAA think it was fraud. Reached out to FB and they restricted my ad account without anyone responding or notifying me! I have never had a problem with FB/ Meta. But I figured being on the move in July preparing for a funeral, it would be easy to do things on my phone and you can't do meta in the FB app. you have to download this app in order to use it. Wish I never did! I give it -0 if I could!

This app is currently non-functional. I just spent the past hour trying to launch a new ad campaign, and every time you bring it to the "review" page, the app crashes and completely resets the campaign creation. Thanks for wasting more of my time Meta! You kill our organic reach, and your tools that let us pay you for reaching literally don't work. Wonderful business model!
