Great! I like it, but I just can't get notifications for messages. I recently messed with my settings and finally got my phone to ring for calls when it's off. I can get notifications for pictures, but I can't get notifications for just messages. I only have one friend and not knowing and not responding to messages has made our friendship drift apart. this has been a HUGE problem for me for over 4 months and I can't fix it through any of my settings. Went through the process of setting the account and adding people, but the home screen is blank. The people added, though we cant see them, can message my kid, but my kid can't send messages out without using the notification of receiving a message that only drops down for a couple seconds before it's gone. It like this across three different devices. In the parent portal, I can see who has messaged my kid, but not what. Even the "Help Center" comes up blank.

This app is great. There are alot of little games to play with your friends, and texting works really well. However, there's a couple issues. first, you can't send links, which makes sense at first, but that means I can't send my friends funny videos, and I can't send my mom Amazon links when I want to buy something. Something is wrong with the photos too. After like 3 days, you can't see them, and your video and voice message caps at 1 minute. Also please bring back the mini games on the calls. Edited

This app was great when we moved and my daughter wanted to keep in touch with her friends. But suddenly the app isnt working, I am unable to authorize her device! I am receiving the same issue on my phone. When I try to log in to my account it says that I am unauthorized to log in. Please fix this bug. My daughter is missing out on talking to her friends over the summer.

this app it an amazing app that allows you to message/call friends and personally i find it very helpful but one thing that I don't have is the ability to save videos. idk if this is just for me or anyone else but it would be way more helpful if I could save a video like how I save pictures, and another thing is for my pfp, like I can't turn the picture so most of the time I pick one and it will just turn. Can you please update it pls🥲😁 other than those, It is very great 👍. kind regards. Edited
