My carrier made me change to this app because they were no longer going to support my current app. It took tech support 2.5 hours to get it to work on my phone. Now, not all my emails show in my inbox. If I search for a specific email, it will pull it from the inbox. As soon as I click on anything, an ad pops up and takes forever to load far enough to X out of it. Why should I be made to pay for an app to be ad free when the previous app was fine?

So far, so good. I don't know why its icon looks so similar to Samsung's Email icon. I don't know what has happened with Samsung's email. For the past four days, my emails have been held up and not transmitting either to or from my inbox. It has been a nightmare; therefore, I am trying this app. It's been working all right for the past three hours, but I hate all the constant pop-up ads. REALLY? They are extremely annoying.

I've had Hotmail since it's inception. I recently had to get a new phone and redownload the app etc. It is INSANELY frustrating to have to look at ads just to look at or send an email. Especially FULL page ads for the same two products that I consistently use on a daily basis. Facebook and the Priceline. It's also super frustrating to constantly get asked to rate the app. It seems as though there's gaps in dates and I'm missing emails. I have my email address on all my business cards and trucks

I have had nothing but trouble with this app for the past month. All my emails say "no subject". I had a bunch of important emails in a Keep folder, which I can not access. This used to be a great app.not sure what is going on, but hope it can be figured out soon. I purchased no ads, but got ads. Had to repurchase it. Not happy! Edited

App seemed to be fine to start, so to avoid the ads I bought it. Now, EVERY TIME I open the app to read my new mail a SPLASH SCREEN opens and I have to wait for it to do whatever it is doing before I can read my mail! Sure, the ads are gone, but this is even more annoying. I original wanted to give it 5 stars but I'm stretching it now by giving it 2 stars. Edited
