I love this app so much and have been paying for it since you implemented that. But the app absolutely will not run in the background regardless of which mobile device I'm using. As soon as it starts playing in the background again this will be a five star review. I use this app more than any other. Both Samsung Galaxy 24 and Google Pixel 8 this app won't run in the background. So I'm not able to listen to messages unless the app is open

I really like Marco polo, use it all the time to stay connected with my long distance best friend. However just today when I tried opening it, it keeps saying app stopped and sends me back to my home screen. I've tried restarting my phone, checking for updates in app and on device, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I can figure out why it's doing this/fix it. It's completely unusable right now. Please help!

Why did marco polo install a Bluetooth switch in the apps settings? That seems completely unnecessary in this day and age. People control thier bluetooth through thier phone settings. The update defaulted it as off so when I was on my bluetooth earbuds in other apps, marco played through the phone speakers when I went to play it. That's ridiculous. Let the phone function do it's job. This along with other odd changes to the app keeps making it more undesirable to keep. Edited

Keeps crashing!!! I've used Marco Polo for years and plan to continue to do so, but since yesterday, my app crashes every time I go to watch the Marco's I've been sent. I can't even open the app long enough to report a problem within the app. This has never been a problem before. I tried to update the app but there's no update available. I use this app weekly so I'm hoping this will be solved pretty soon!!

It was great right up until they started charging $5 per month for a full featured version... I would pay $5 per year for the features, but not per month... Although now I'm paying it per month because it was too annoying not to have the features... I think there would be more customers if it was maybe $10 a year or something like that. Edited
