This app is misleading and near impossible to cancel! Stupidly, I paid $6.99 thinking I could track an iPhone with just its phone number (as they advertise) from my android only to discover that the iPhone owner has to also have this app. Ugh. Now I can't seem to cancel. 7 days later, I've been charged another $10. The instructions to cancel are sending me in a loop of nowhere. Hopefully my email to cancel and refund will be acknowledged and honored. What a nightmare!

They will just keep billing you for nothing. You will have to cancel your bank card to stop 30.00 a month. Payments. For absolutely nothing. No way to unscribe successfully!! There is no way to get to the screen to cancel and I'm being billed 29.99 a month for a site I never tried because it didn't do what I expected. I have contacted famio themselves, you can only email them and all your going to get is instructions on how to cancel that don't work. This site is the BIGGEST SCAM!!!!! Edited

App is extremely misleading. Especially initially. it has you type a phone number in that you'd like to "locate". then as it is "thinking" you watch the camera start to zoom in on the United States. The screen changes to their subscription options. I'm a sucker. I paid. After tediously and painstakingly going through each and every possible option, sequence of options, setting, and available service, I learned there is no WAY TO LOCATE A DEVICE WITHOUT THAT DEVICES KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSIONS.

Really misleading. Both "tracking" and "tracked" phone has to have the ap installed and / or respond to a text. Defeats the purpose when a phone is lost. Misleading and confusing cancelation procedure. Bait and hook at it's finest. Samsung has the best finder for Samsungs. The alarm works even if the lost phone is off. It does what it says it will. It saved me like I thought this ap would, but didn't. Bottom line, this ap sucks. Don't waste the time.

Like others said, this is a scam. Nowhere to cancel your $2.99 trial subscription in Google play, so you end up getting duped into paying full price. Not only that, but it's terribly misleading when they say put in a phone#, and find that person! No, that person has to accept an invitation first. Not very helpful in emergency/missing person scenarios. I've contacted customer service already - don't waste your time, you'll get nowhere. 0 stars
