This app is a scam. You are tricked to believe that you can track a phone without the owner's knowledge, and when you finish signing, be becomes clear that you need to get permission from the other phone user to install the app on their phone before they can be tracked. I need to cancel my subscription and demand a refund. This is a scam.

We subscribed to the 3 day trial and found this app loves to eat away at battery levels of our Samsung phones. We cancelled by sending a message to Famio to cancel. This was after day one of the 3 day trial. Today I see they charged us $29.95 for a first month fee. It seems impossible to contact them to find out why this happened. We were able to cancel on the website and still want a refund.

do not download this app or subscribe they have been constantly taking 30$ out of my account and wont let me cancel my subscription saying that they cant locate my account serious scam

Trial period is for 3 days, then full monthly payment is taken out. I tried to cancel before 3 days was up as advertised. Didn't happen. Now more than the monthly subscription had been taken. No email to advise why it is 30$ more. Just took it. The number provided was called, and it was a completely different business. Arghhh...lol. shouldve trusted my instincts. Lesson learned

shady company. i paid for it to try it out but didnt work for my needs which is fine. i cancelled and was continuously charged for several months without any notice via email or text. no reciepts or anything. i only noticed when i checked my credit card and seen the charge i emailed and was told i just canceled (yah for the second time) and no refunds as stated in terms and conditions. also to check my spam folder which i did. every other email from them was there but no reciepts. stay away
