Worst app ever, I messaged the captains and they ignored me, and only after I booked did they respond, but once you book you don't get back your refund for a trip over 24 hours, and the customer service didn't help me with my needs for a full refund since I have documentation showing that they ignored me for a long time before booking. I'm never using this app again! Use Guide Time, they have professionals to help you thru the process and I was able to get a private charter for 10 ppl for $900
