You have to go in settings, then apps & allow this ap to make changes to your phone, also allow blue tooth to allow other devices. This is a great idea, but purler beads are bigger, these are so tiny you can't place them with fingers, you have ro use tool & it's hard to use. My 10 year old had problems. Beads fall out of place easy, making it frustrating for kids. The patterns are great & show step by step to do different colors. Start at top & go down. Makes it easier.

It was extremely difficult even for adults. Me and my daughter spent hours working on a bracelet and it fell apart easily and was very flimsy. It comes with very little beads. On the bright side it is cool if you do small projects on this but the bracelet I think are the hardest. My daughter has made a few before but very little ones and soon she ran out of beads.

A nice idea, my kid lives the pixelator..the problem is that the app doesn't find it...it takes forever to connect although all instructions are followed..had to restart phone last time.. Furthermore, you can't find anywhere to buy separate colours so if you only need black for a project, to finish it you have to buy the whole pack of 8 colours which is £25. A project, like the portrait I'm making now, cost me already £50. If i knew, i wouldn't have bought it, although the portrait looks fab. Edited

I am unable to create an account. It continues to tell me I am entering an invalid email address. Super frustrating. I looked for help online and was unable to locate a way to remedy this problem, only if I needed to set a new password or if it says an email is ready being used.

PERLER BEADS DO NOT WORK--this is a waste of time. The beads that come with the product are too small and the product is frustrating to use. You are better off finding a Perler pattern online and following instructions. This would have been incredible if it interfaced with Perler beads, but sadly, you can only use the ones that come in the package and have to buy additional beads in a very limited color spectrum. So disappointed.
