Hidden cost when you book. They scam you by saying it a promo fare. then as you go on thru the booking. you start getting charged for sms alerts, seat cost, airport taxes etc so you need to be careful and untick where applicable. in the end the final payment is about 50 units more than what is stated at the start of the booking. The ticket fare showed 269 in the end i ended up paying 293

The app is malfunctioning. it showed Mr. in final booking, although I picked Ms. also, it showed that I have 1x20 Kg luggage allowance in the economy, the ticket that was sent to me by mail with no allowance. Tried to manage my booking, but the app said there was an error. Ispentd 3 hours trying to reach customer support by chat when I finally got to chat with the alife agent. She told me Ineededd to call , I asked for a local number, and she said unavailable.

Worst customer service ever Flynas has provided the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any airline. My baggage was damaged during my flight, and I filed an official report at the airport. Since then, no one from the airline has contacted me. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through different channels, but received no response at all. This level of negligence and lack of responsibility toward passengers is unacceptable. I do not recommend Flynas to anyon

I had my flight added to the app, then one day the app refreshed and the flight was no more shown in my trips. Tried adding it again to the app to add extra baggage but couldn't do it anymore. Live chat was hopeless in fixing the issue. They said they cannot add the baggage on my behalf either even though I had 26 hours left for the flight. The agent simply said "I cannot add". Very disappointing experience. Edited

The price shown on the site is not the price, but the admin fee and many other charges are charged by the service. If we want to complete a booking, it takes about 10-15 minutes after disabling all the options.
