Currently on honeymoon and have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times just to get it to work. The app constantly keeps crashing, forcing you onto the documents page when you're trying to look through the itinerary and freezes as you're scrolling, refusing to move further until you give it around 5 seconds. Would not recommend the app and these bugs really need to be fixed!

Fantastic and always available travel companion. Easy to use, good functionality from inspiration of where to go, receiving and giving feedback on quotes, requesting to book and making payments all the way through digital itineraries and all my important travel docs.. excellent

Worked absolutely fine until I added an extra trip the day before I flew then all my itinerary disappeared. It's now of no use at all because all the details have gone, as have the vouchers for all the trips etc I have paid for. I've raised it but it appears there's nothing TCs can do regarding the app and my rep (who is fantastic) has had to email everything to me.
