I like the convenience of getting D&C news from the app. But lately, the app requires login when selecting articles from notifications or email. Perhaps this functionality was broken in a recent update🤷🏾♀️ When I select some articles from the app, it switches to the browser. Again, a (re)login is required. I've also noticed that there are fewer articles in the app than are in the paper. I saw an article in the paper I wanted to share in social media, but couldn't find it via the app.😕

The most recent update of the app, in mid April 2025, is the most reliable and stable version so far. It's fast, smooth and lets me zoom in on an article easily by spreading two fingers apart, then close it by tapping the page lightly twice. It was a long time coming but it's perfect now!!! Edited

The latest release fixed everything that was previously extremely frustrating about this app. Navigation is now flawless on a phone, thankfully.

This app is garbage. Like others, it kept signing me out even after my subscription renewed, and now it won't accept the password I just reset today on a desktop browser. I've tested it twice on the PC and it works fine. The app is the problem. Fix it or I may very well cancel my subscription, Gannet.

previously, the app used to allow some one to simply go back to the point where you previously came from, instead the app takes you back to the first location I was at when I started using the app. When you start the app you will be at the first available article (article 1), next I read article 2, 3, 4, and 5 I would be taken back to article 1 when I really want to navigate to the the 5th article. If you read article 6 through 25 you I want to go to article 26 instead of article 1.
