I have subscribed for a few years. It was always 4.99 a month. I just found out that in April this year they jumped to 9.99 without my permission or without me adding anything to it. Totally has gotten away with it because I started having trouble getting into my pnc account. They finally got it fixed and now I can see my statements. Very upset with them.

It's good to stay in touch with local news. I like the e paper option.

This is a USA Today cookie cutter app that doesn't even have the stories that are in the paper. There are also many other errors like asking you to subscribe when you already are. There are also fake stories/advertising that are annoying.

App doesn't stay up to date. The widgets used to be the same way, even after refreshing they would continue to show very old news, but now they won't display anything at all Edited

I like being able to read the news whenever I want but it doesnt always have the latest news. Its annoying to see an article in facebook, go to the app and its not even on there.
