We use these cameras in our semi-trucks. Picture and video quality are good. The app is easy to use, but the cameras and the app lose connection for days. I often have consistent issues pulling location, live video, and vault storage. After using this product with a paid subscription I'm very disappointed. We are moving on to a different dash camera.

Trying to connect to a Dashcam is a crapshoot. You can never rely on it to connect. The app's battery usage on my phone is also unacceptable. It sometimes hits up to 15% usage in 24 hours just while in the background. UPDATE 8/26/22: It's somehow gotten worse. Now the app only connects to the stream from the cameras maybe 2 out of 10 tries. This is legitimately a bad app. Edited

Using the app with Gamin Mini 3. The idea of viewing and exporting seamless footage is good. However both the preview and the export are painfully slow. Plus the export sometimes produces incomplete footage (missing a few seconds in the middle). Please allow viewing and downloading individual clips as they are recorded by the dash cam, i.e. without stitching them.

Far too pushy about the Drive subscription nonsense, makes your devices show up with a red error state for an expired subscription even if you've never subscribed. This also prevents real errors from being readable in full, they get cut off by the advertisement. Absolutely heinous UI/UX work design to irritate people into subscriptions they don't need.

It works great but the reason for 2 stars is it works all the time. It never stops searching for a connection to my Garmin device. I only use it occasionally and I should be able to turn it off when I'm not using it. Instead it's constantly searching for a connection to my GPS and using battery power. Constantly showing a notification that it is not connected. Let me turn it off until I want to use it and I'll give it 5 stars.
