of course it doesn't work for me. straight up just telling me my watch is not connected after downloading apps and connecting to Spotify. It won't respond or anything now. so cool... "we're in the process of updating face it..." like it is not doing absolutely anything and I have deleted and redownloaded everything. I very much dislike how there are two apps you must download rather than one and that neither allows me to change the watch face HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE Edited

I got a push notification about this in my Connect app. After wasting 30 minutes trying to get a clock face, a quick Google search tells me my brand-new device isn't supported. My advice to devs, why have newly released devices not support this feature? And can't you filter out users with unsupported devices to not promote this to? I wouldn't have any idea I was missing out on anything if you didn't tell me I was. I was content before and now feel frustrated. bad experience.

I really like the Garmin Connect app because of all its personalization options. I definitely suggest this. although my one issue is that when I chose the Face it! feature it adds the pictures really blurry onto my watch ( probably just my old watch 🙄) My other small issue is that I ran out of storage space even though it tells me I have 12 watch faces left🤷♂️. I don't know. all in all, it's a really great app if you like to customize like I do!

The latest update further erodes the use ability of the app. Previous versions were clean with information easily accessed on the "home" screen during activities. Layers of complexity added to get information that used to be on the main page. Like added customization and now required to get back to basic reporting. Not a fan of having to re-setup an app because someone saw a prettier squirrel ...

While functional, there is a lot of room for improvement! For example, to change my watch colors, I have to open Connect IQ (wait), go to Device (wait), click on "My Watch Faces", find my watch face, click on it, click on Settings (wait), and THEN I can finally change my settings! Why can't I just see my devices and the faces on the home screen for fast access? In settings, why can't I use actual color picker instead of dropdowns or hex? Garmin is way behind in terms of UI and ease of use!
