Does what its supposed to more or less. However, its constantly waking up and running in the background for seemingly no reason - even with Bluetooth and location services turned off. Furthermore, it seems like every time I turn on my bike computer (every other day or so) im prompted to perform a software update - which is frustrating because I didnt turn the thing on to wait 10 minutes for an update, I turned it on to use it. Do better.

Garmin coach is completely unusable. Does not let me change preferences, workouts don't come in, makes me do the benchmark run multiple times and doesn't register I've already done it. Gives me multiple scheduled rest days for no reason. This is all in the course of a week. It is completely inconsistent, doesn't update my planned workouts. I've tried using the website instead but it also doesn't work or shows something completely different than the app. UI is cluttered as well.

New version is terrible, they ruined the UI. I loved being able to look at all the data right there on one screen for my day. Sleep, calories, stress, etc. were all accessible without clicking any extra menus. UPDATE: Not only did you destroy good will with an unnecessary visual update but now you are pay-walling one of the largest feature updates in connect history! This may very well be my last Garmin device I purchase! STOP CORPORATE GREED Edited

sucks. DO NOT LIKE THE NEW LAYOUT. FAIL!!!Not a fan of the new layout in the app. More useless than the previous version which I enjoyed more. App is lacking. What a shame for such an expensive watch (Epix Gen2 Pro) to have a budget app design. Not helpful. Can Garmin stop with the wheel design to enter manual distances!? Still can't stand the maps/route zoom in to show your route. Just go straight to it and stop wasting time. Still needs more data such gradient, pace at given point on activity. Edited

it's alright, neither as terrible or as life changing as some imply. The subscription is pretty useless. I would have considered paying if it allowed me to properly integrate with fitness apps that gave actual training guides and classes, but no, I have to pay other services to shuttle my data onto this platform. Open your ecosystem, integrate with other providers and your app/hardware would be utterly indispensable to me. Now I'm only here until something better comes along. Edited
