The News sent message saying I don't have an account even though I just was billed $348.21 for the 2nd year of my subscription. I have talked to people twice who say the problem is fixed but it is not. I can not even get icon back. No digital news. Printed paper arrived through mail 4 days later. Customer service is not working!
