Unrealistic price for subscription, for a few reasons. This is basically a copy and paste of the Freep and USA Today. They have ads, which would be great and acceptable without a paywall for their exclusive stories. The layout is very basic, not interesting in anyway. I would rather buy an individual paper, that subscribe to the online service. Which, I do, when they have a story worth buying. Edited

Hard to read news. I had no problems till the linked text us red on black. The print is already small and not zoomable now you can get a while paragraphs have to skip over due to multiple links. I like going down to one app but just show the newspaper like he top stories too much sliding and zooming. Maybe boomers like it but let's get it usable Feedback tool is a blank screen so have to leave a review instead. I would like to renew once my trial is up. But at the current state it's not worth $

I pay for this app annually, but I'm still bombarded by pop up ads. 2-3 each time I open the app. It's insulting. I thought paying for the premium version would spare me from the pop ups.

ripoff price in Android app at $19.99/month while in the Apple App store there's an option for $69.99 annual digital subscription. Meanwhile it's competitor in Detroit is $9.99 for the first year then $69.99/yr Edited
