Terrible app. A lot of things get cut off the screen without an option to even scroll. It doesn't show all ad types, I get a message that in order to view all ads I have to visit the website. The functionality of this app is very limited and there are several areas where the UI us just flat out broken. They seriously need to fix these issues but they have been like this for a long time now so I doubt it. But I'm finally writing a review because it seems this is just how it is.

Not intuitive at all. Redirects to desktop website which can't effectively be viewed on mobile (even in desktop mode). Expected my ad to be running but it was not approved. No way to effectively find out why and can't fix it until I'm home after work. Disappointing. No reason for this not to be in the app. p.s. it's frustratimg being held up and then redirected to a help page instead of a page that shows you what AD your even referring to, what the problem is and how to fix it. Test 1st!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! They took money out of my account without ever having an ad up. $150 is a lot to go missing! My account history on this app also confirms I have never made an ad. To stop these payments I wanted to delete my account but their account canceling leads to a 404 error site not found. You can't take your card off the app because it needs to have payment method at all times or access to your bank account! Never got through to the help line. I'm trying out Facebook ads. Edited

Unfortunately the $500 add credit offer is very misleading and deceptive. The functionality of the app and the ads are just fine, but I was very disappointed when I thought I was using ad credit, but then realized that I was going to be charged $78 for basically nothing. I never would have let my bill run up that high if I had known about this scammy ad credit offer. Not to mention all that came of it was I got some "impressions". Not even a single click to my website or a phone call.

I just created an ad campaign and minutes later received an email from Google telling me there are two policy issues with the ad. So, I click the "View and fix policy issues" button in the email, which takes me to the policy manager page on the Google Ad site, which tells me "You don't have any policy issues." Hmm. No idea what to make of this.
