My phone doesn't have ANY cellular service but one bar for some reason because dont pay for it, this means I can't text my besties.. I thought this was the end of texting for me.. until I found this app I can finally text! it also has video call so I don't have to go to Google meet to call her because it has its own video call, I have a old phone as well so it isn't outdated for me! and the best part is in messages you can only send 10 pictures, but in chat you can send 20! better then messages!

The file size limit for a video on this absolutely blows. Facebook Messenger over 10 years ago would allow me to record a video of hundreds of megabytes or bigger and send it. This one can only be 200. I can't even record a 2-minute video for a friend and send it to them because of this app being so outdated. What is the purpose of allowing me to send a video if it couldn't be more than a couple of seconds long or in an extremely low resolution?

This app keeps crashing when I am trying to answer an incoming video call. The receiving call keeps ringing when I try to answer, and there is no whare to tap to answer. When opening the app, it only is showing my contacts to call out. Not the tap to reply screen. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra, so it has nothing to do with my phone quality. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled to see if there is any change. The only change is the ring tone, and the screen doesn't use the full screen.

Last update has been so buggy. jumps up to old messages rather than last read, and getting no notifications of messages. What's the point of a messaging app that doesn't message me? Edited to add: Still not working despite turning off and back on all options to allow notifications. Made no changes on phone before two updates ago, so 100% sure is an app issue, and not anything I have done. Edited

I've been using this app for years and its been great until just very recently haven't been getting any notifications once I receive a new message. I've checked my phone's notifications settings multiple times and that's not the issue. I've also checked the app settings for the chat and that's also fine. I tried restarted my cell and had my husband try messaging me again once my cell was back on and still nothing. I'd really like help here since I use this app for work sometimes.
