Used to be 5 stars. Last several updates keep getting worse and harder to navigate. As others have said, options go missing and don't work correctly. The Help section gives directions to options that don't exist. We've had this app for years. Our son is at the age where I'm on the fence about getting rid of it, but we may just have to ditch it. The section to change/add contacts that can contact him has disappeared, now I can't add anyone so he can't receive messages needed for school.

This new update is a massive downgrade. It's so much more complicated to make any changes to anything and not intuitive whatsoever. It was so much better when you could see all of the devices on one page and it was one click to access the things we needed. Also, we could really use some website tracking. This seems like basic parental control stuff, even Microsoft has it.

it won't work anymore. I have my child's device in my possession because when the app says its locked, if you open the phone, at first the screen displays "locked", then a second later disappears and the phone no longer has any parental control on it what so ever. Both the parent and child app appear to be in working order. I guess I'll go with a paid one i used before. Google has big time dropped the ball!

I should have rated this app the 5 stars it deserved before the recent update. It was easy to manage and always did what it was supposed to. This new update made an easy process a lot more complicated. I always thought updated interfaces were meant to be more practical, easier to navigate, and more efficient. This new set up is the complete opposite. More steps to do the same things as before, harder to find controls..I much prefer the previous version.

How can you get it back to the way it was? I used to see all my daughter's devices on one screen. I could see all the use at a glance and easily add or reduce time. Now, it's multiple clicks for everything. This used to be a well thought out app, laid out in a useful way. it seems like it was designed by people who think about design language over usability.
