To be honest, my phone was already backing up all the things (based on regular Android settings where these can be turned on or off), both on my current Unihertz KeyOne (Android 11) and previous several phones. But this still has a nice dashboard for checking the actual status of the backups, what space is left, etc.

very upsetting. I've had it for a while. then suddenly one month. it charged me on two different cards for the same amount at two different banks. then I started getting emails like almost every day telling me I was losing all my photos and everything. it's the only photos I have left. suddenly I have this message today that I'm already missing photos. gone. May 8th. posted on two different statements from two different banks. photos gone. I have high blood pressure and screenshots of it all.

trash. this app is more terrible confusing clutter added to my phone. there is still no clear instructions on exactly what files are where. just show is exactly where the cloud files are. don't have them mixed with my phone files. I should be able to clearly get to ONLY THE CLOUD saved pics for deletion. not to mention the app keeps crashing while I'm trying to clear old files. yes, its currently updated.

The app is incredibly helpful, especially if you have a slightly older phone or other device that may have less internal storage space so that's where One comes in. Store photos, which is where the majority of my space gets used, but also any other media or other things like documents. I would have had to buy a new phone or store on a thumb drive and I personally lose those almost as soon as I get it. It's a great tool!

This program is a scam. It is set up such that if you delete from the backup, it deletes the original, too. Thus forcing you to buy more storage space with no option to free up space without permanently deleting photos or videos. Worst of all, when the storage space becomes full, you can no longer send/receive emails or use docs, slides, or sheets. So you have to buy more storage. This isn't explained up front. I sincerely regret using this service. Once trapped it's almost impossible to escape.
