I became suspicious of someone putting spyware on my phone, so I did some digging and found that this app was the source of my issues. It turned on my internet at around 3 or 4 in the morning while I was sleeping. During that time, it used my camera, mic, location, and phone app. I tried turning off all the app's permissions, which caused my phone to become useless. I wasn't able to make or receive calls or texts. This app has completely taken over my phone and I don't know how to get rid of it.

once again an app that I didn't install and can't uninstall It!I sure wish I could create new cellular company , I would allow customers to have more control over things that were on their phone only suggested apps that clearly explained what they're purpose was for! It's out of control and I look forward to throwing my phone out the window and never looking back!

I've been trying to figure out why my music volume keeps getting turned down automatically with our me doing it. It's this app. I also dug in to when it accessed and what. It was accessing my mic, my camera at 4am when I'm sleeping, texts and a whole bunch of other stuff at times when I'm sleeping. I'm NOT comfortable with some of these like controlling my volumes, accessing my camera & mic when I'm sleeping. NOPE! Click all permissions. You'll be highly surprised! I disabled it!

addons detector notified me that this install and I spent 3 hours researching what it is and does. The next day I was talking on the phone and my phone shut down and would not restart or even charge again. That's quite a coincidence I must say. never had a problem with the phone until then. and they could not even fix the phone. they had never seen any thing like it before. I have this app permanently killed on my phone...

This app has permissions that allow it to basically control your phone without your permission. You are unable to even remove it. The other problem is it keeps certain programs running and you never know it. If you try to uninstall it is force downloaded again which I'm fairly sure is a breach of privacy as it isn't a core system required app if you don't use the ai etc even then you should be able to control or stop what you don't like it doing.
