While the clothes look nice and they have a great variety of items. Your app and website are garbage. It's like it doesn't want to run. It couldn't view my wishlist, it took forever for the interface to pop up and it's annoying to keep closing it out and opening back up JUST for it to keep doing it. You guys have MULTIPLE people saying the same thing. There's no reason you haven't fixed or updated it. Edit: I changed it to 1 star bc I thought switching devices would magically change it but NOPE Edited

Really frustrating user experience on the app... cart keeps getting emptied at checkout and you're basically forced to start all over again. Happened to me 3 times! I noticed this happens when trying to buy items that are almost sold out (I.e. only 1 or 2 left in stock). I would have called it quits and not bought anything but I really wanted a specific shirt so I re-did the process 4 times before I could finally get a successful purchase. Total pain! Please fix this, devs. Thanks!

While the clothing and purchasing are good, I've been using this app for a while now. Its interface is complete garbage. I have high speed 5G, and when I'm using this app, some items don't have pictures until you click it, and after removing something off the wishlist, the screen transition is way too slow. The apps transitions are way too slow.

continuously get error messages when trying to pay for something, when I know for sure there's nothing wrong with my card, I even tried multiple cards just to be sure. still won't let me check out amd it keeps deleting my cart. there's no way to contact customer service about it. this was a waste of a download. I've never had any concerns about any apps until now.

As a first time customer I loved that they had deals almost everything up to 50% off. I went to check out with a total of $60, subtotal came out to $92 no idea where the extra $32 came from but what got me is they slapped a bs discount badge taking off the $32 which puts my total back at 60 then you add shipping ($10) and taxes ($5) onto it all n all $75 in total which isn't bad but adding a mystery $32 just so you can take it off and not give any real discount is total bs. SCAM DONT BUY!!! Edited
