Having an absolute nightmare of a time trying to get logged in but out of 3 ways to contact them in the space of a week several times, all I get is ignored and no help at all as reset password isn't working for me. 😡😡😡 But still I get promotional emails and messages. If I ever get some help again, I may leave a better review. I bet if I was late with a payment I'd be bombarded with emails.

Signed up for the app and was able to look and add items to my cart, but when I went back to the app to purchase the item I had put in my cart and shop some more I was unable to access my account or change my password. It was impossible for me to do anything, it repeatedly showed ( oops, something went wrong). This was very annoying and aggravating, especially for a first time shopper. Rethinking my decision, looking forward about handling future problems. Sincerely yours Diane Smith

This app has always been kind of glitchy, but I've used it anyway & have made who knows how many purchases via Boohoo for years. Lately, it's gotten so bad that I can barely use it. I've started to just shop on other boutiques where I don't have issues because I don't want to deal w/ this annoying app. I can't view my wishlist, I can't add anything to my wishlist. It constantly says, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." it's beyond frustrating. Edit: Finally deleted it after 8 months Edited

The clothes are amazing! I've been buying from this store for years. But every app update just gets worse and worse. They really need to fix some of these simple issues. Now when I want to scroll through clothing and I click on an item to look at it more closely, and then click the back button it brings me all the way back to the beginning of all the clothes I just scrolled through, and then it has to reload everything I just passed. This is a lot worse than it use to be. Please fix it.

Disappointed!!! The app is so slow and buggy. I was trying to order a dress that i really liked, and it wasn't allowing me to use paypal nor my card. It was saying it had a problem, please try again later. I am so annoyed that I had to put back my stuff in the wishlist. If i have to go back later to try get the dress, my size will already be sold out. Please fix the app, you're losing sales.
