The app is good and so is the chat feature. The assistance provided is prompt and if needed their agents don't hesitate to give a callback to you to clear your doubts and reassure you, in case of escalation they make sure they take care of your case well. What ruins it for the application is the stores they've tied up with. Some stores offer experiences par excellence such as Ghawali but my consultation at Faces was really terrible, not that it was the fault of the Muse app, but it was bad!

What is this? why did the app taking the points and keeping us wait for so many days for the VOX voucher? Or was it just a clickbait to get user informations. This is very frustrating and unprofessional from your side. If you can't provide vouchers then don't put it up there and keep people waiting for you and at the end to be found out there are not enough vouchers.

A bad experience. The app does not allow to earn points when you use part of your points for purchase. I paid mostly through credit card (almost AED 1000) but used just 12 AED worth of points but never earned any points on my transaction which is absurd and totally negates the point of the app.

This account has been a headache because of tech problems. I can't even get the SMS code needed to close the account, so someone from Muse will have to call me back. Muse is getting my valuable purchase data, but I'm just wasting time messing with this glitchy account.
