What a time waster: everything in my shopping basket disappeared, so I ended up purchasing nothing through the app. Incredibly, I then tried their website, and the same thing happened! I couldn't even log in because "swarovski.ae’s request does not comply with Google’s 'Use secure browsers' policy." And don't get me started on the discount codes they give you that don't work. Shopping with them online is pointless. Edited

Don't order anything from them, cause 1. They don't have the item in stock but they'll lie to you that there's a delivery on a given day; 2. Delivery guy won't ever call you, they'll cancel your order at the end of all the stress they put you through; 3. You'll never get your refund unless you call and curse them all. UAE branch, horrible🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Bought a product, and next day it was canceled as it is not available. Why show it in your website then?!! Horrible experience buying from Swarovski. High prices, not real gold, and not getting the right customer service.

Interface is good and the product displah; however, application keeps getting crashed while checking order placed. Unable to login to through web browser as it doesnt recognize the phone no or email address. So many bugs in this app unable to check the status online. Edited
