I love to stay current with all things sports, and I love how they always break in when something happens. Update 5-15-25: VERY UPSET. While reading an article or story now, at a certain point, I am no longer able to scroll anymore, as if the app locks up. This is followed by the app closing and my having to go back in, find the story again, and TRY to reread or finish the item. It's as if there is a time limit now regarding the stories. W. T. F? This sports news and scores app is user-friendly. The ESPN app, in my opinion, is less so. The aesthetics of the CBS Sports App are top-notch. Everything is clean and spaced well. The scores section is also spaced well, making it easy to locate your teams' games within their respective leagues. The scores section POPS with color at the top of the scroll, showing the games of your favorite teams only. If these characteristics could be replicated in a Widget: this would make the app perfect! !!!

Ads are killing the reading experience! This was a good app for keeping up with current sports news. For the most part, it still is, but now I can no longer read articles through. Half of the article just goes blank. My guess is that it's due to an add simply taking over the screen. I'm not sure I can continue using this app if this keeps going.

Overall, the CBS Sports App is pretty good and does what it says it can do. I myself find that it can often give you updates on sports teams or individual stats on players' tathletes that you want to know more about. I have also found that just like other apps, it may not cover everything you want to know, but all in all, this app has good podcasts that may give you better information on sports, teams, and individuals that you want to know more about.

I really enjoy CBS Sports. However, I find the news cards to be somewhat small, which can strain my eyes; they should be a bit larger. The user interface, features, and updates are great. The favorites tab could be enhanced to provide a comprehensive view of information for all my favorite teams, as it currently doesn't fulfill that function. I hope they continue to update and improve the design for a better experience.
