Completely useless! the app is supposed to be compatible with Chromecast. it has the Chromecast icon, however, every time I've tried to cast from either my phone or my even PC, it doesn't work. I use Chromecast with Netflix and YouTube constantly with no problem. it's the fault of Paramount and their customer service completely sucks and is useless.

It is extremely frustrating that every time I try to watch Star Trek: Voyager it will play for less than a minute and then mess up.... It will start loading and then say there was a problem and kick me out.. Tge other programs do it as well ,but rarely... This happens every time I try to watch the show... I understand why it would be doing it with one show all the time... My app and TV are up to date and the internet connection is great...

This has got to be the buggiest and laggiest streaming app I've ever used. Good luck trying to download anything to watch offline, app barely responds or just doesn't at all and freezes a bunch of times to where you have to force stop and restart the app. The search has improved somewhat since I last had the app but it's still pretty bad. It just feels like they don't gaf because they're guaranteed a certain amount of trekkie money whether or not their app is reliable

It was working this morning then stopped working. I keep getting the error that the episode can't be played and to check the help page. I have done all the troubleshooting it told me to do and it still isn't working. What is happening on my phone happens on my Roku as well and at least once (if not more times) a day I have to restart my Roku. OVER IT! Get it fixed!!

I can't watch paramount on anything else but my phone. Lags so bad it'll just close the show/movie out and say, "Can't play this at this time." Even the ads lag and video is grainy to the point that I can't recognize the actors. After an hour, I get a blue screen.... app crashes then I move on to another streaming service because I'm not in the mood to reset my app every hour.
