I have to say that this app smacks of the cheapest option available on the market. I cannot think of any other reason why anyone would use it. I usually end up calling my back as I cannot log on. Not clear whether I am given incorrect code but there issomething clearly wrong with this. And why does it not have an icon on my Pixel. I have to go and search the website every time to find it? I dont make apps, and never have, but I could do better!!!

Appalling app. Doesn't show in app list despite being installed. Have to search for it in Play store and open via there. Also, how are you supposed to scan a QR code with the phone you are using to register. Manual system to add device keeps bugging out. App being deleted and reverting to SMS OTP unfortunately .

Hi Paul, thanks for the feedback—sorry for the trouble. Just so you know, the app does support registering directly on your phone (no QR code or manual entry needed), but the service provider has to enable it on their site. You might consider passing that along so they’re aware of the smoother option.

Simply doesn't work. In GooglePlay store it is marked as "compatible with all of your devices" and when I tried to run it on my Xiaomi or Nexus or AndroidVirtualDevice, it displays "Your device is running in a configuration that is not supported for security reasons". Well, then maybe tell me what exactly is the problem with that configuration, so I can change it! My CreditAgricole-Nextbank (also with terrible IT support) forces me to use it to access my account, so it is a serious problem.

Works fine. But it annoys me a lot, that everytime I have to tap to generate a password, and then tap into the password area, when this 2 taps are what I do all the time. There's almost nothing else in the app, so it should really be the default, and the other things should be a tap away. It's not a big issue clearly, but as I have to use it dozens of times per day, and everytime I'm thinking, "c'mon, why do I have to do these useless taps.."

Hi Raphaël, thank you for your feedback. Regarding the 'initial tap,' our app supports numerous operational modes, and multiple service providers per device. Therefore, we've adopted a standard approach to capture the user's intent & address all use cases. As for the 'extra tap' required for the keyboard, we'll look into it. Thank you.

super buggy and crashed when i tired using it. it crashes the moment you navigate away from the app to check the instructions, and then locks out with the registration incomplete so you can no longer sign up at all. i don't understand how this got released in such a bad state, it's like no one ever actually tested it.
