Really wished this app works better. Fine when working but 50% of the time the app crashes when loading (on both mine and my wife's phone) gets really tiresome. UPDATE - was prompted to review this app again. Nothing has changed. Still very annoying. competent enough as an app, when it does load. update: 24/2/26. No change. still have to load it once, force cancel and reload it. every SINGLE time. c'mon... Edited

Poor star rating due to the fact that at least once a day, if not every time I open the app, it crashes, and I have to log back in with my email. Or it it takes that long to open you have frozen. it never used to be like this but has got really bad recently. I have had this system to control my heating for many years on the whole, it's ok. it's a little complicated to set up and not as easy as others to adjust or boost, but with such a big investment, still having the same issue 2yrs later!!! Unfortunatelly the app has many, many, many issues. it is unconceivable such a large corporation is not able to build a reliable Android app. I will mention just a few of them, for lack of space. From time to time the app decides randomly it forgot my credentials so I have to type them again. they are quite long and is a tedious process exactly at the worst moment. Often the app remains in a limbo (perhaps cannot wake up from sleep) I have to stop it and start it severla times before it finally

Basic functionality works great. though I too have the issue of sometimes the app doesn't start correctly and requires shutting. Would really like some more features such as easier control to say move all timings by an hour or a quick blast off heat everywhere. Would also like some logging of temperature over 24/48/72 hours or longer. Basically, anything to assist with doing actual smart stuff and efficiency saving, rather than just remote and individual control.

Always works without problems. Have been using the app every day for the last 4 years. Covers the essential everyday needs. edit 2026. prompted for an update review. Works just as well now as always. I've never experienced the disconnect and other issues reported in some of the reviews. Would recommend the system without hesitation. Edited
