This app is terrible and only seems to be getting worse. It's incredibly slow, freaks out if you're switching between Wi-Fi and cell signal (like, when you're leaving home and want to arm the security system, duh), sometimes just doesn't connect at all, or gives you completely erroneous error messages. It has stopped allowing me to use my fingerprint to log in. Not happy with this app - thanks for always nagging me for a review when I'm trying to arm the security system - this is what you get!

I would have given the app a 5, but the geofence is not functioning correctly. The voice is very fast and streaky. It announces hours later after you exit the designated area. There is no way to adjust the voice tone or pitch. So that function is of no use to me anymore.

Not sure where to start from. - The application is unstable, multiple popup screens when trying to access confusing error messages !! - The application sometime is out of sync with the security module ( meaning sometimes I leave and set to arm away while the system is not being set properly!!) - Reseting the password is confusing + misleading . Each time I update my password,I get the essage ( failed to update ) bu, it's doing the update behind the scene - I have to delete the app to update!!

This absolutely is the worst app. It constantly buffers while trying to connect to the system. It will indicate the alarm is not set when it is. It often takes several attempts to activate the alarm. Now it is no longer remembering my sign-in information, though I checked the box to remember. I currently have to insert username and password to set my alarm each time. It is truly the worst. I'm considering changing my security provider because I hate the app so much. Android user. Edited

I wish this app was better. While it is great to have in theory, I find that notifications come through, but clips are not being saved. Sometimes I struggle to get the app to even connect to cameras. With difficulty in functionality, it makes it hard to properly use my home tools as intended. Please fix some of the bugs on this. Especially for Android. I also tried logging into my account from another device, literally the exact same info...they said it was different :/
