The app works fairly well except that it doesn't allow you to set a safety stock in Shopify. I've had several sales reversed because Trendsi said the items were in stock but then they weren't. When I contacted Support, they essentially said "Oh well". Since their on-hand qtys aren't accurate, I wanted to set a safety stock qty of 2 so items wouldn't show available for less than 3 in stock, but I can't do so because "Quantity managed by Trendsi". So, I'm stuck pending a customization.

It is good when it is good and merely okay at times. This is not the only app that I use for dropshipping but for some reason, the ONLY app that does not have consistency. If Trendsi decides to cancel a product or change it's name it doesn't update in Shopify even though my settings are set for auto updates. I have to reach out to customer service, who then tells me that they can't find the product and have to escalate the ticket. I've had to refund so many orders and it is VERY FRUSTRATING.

I like the variety of options they have but I am having a very difficult time adding them to my shop because the app is very glitchy. It's euros for a few minutes then the app starts loading super slow and then scrolling back and forth without me even touching the screen. The page starts to go up and down nonstop so I can't even use it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The app works fine. The customer service however is terrible. No exceptions to their return/refund policy whatsoever if it's outside of their window. Even if the product is a majorly defective. Would not recommend. Their markup is also extremely inflated, along with shipping rates.

I've been using the Trendsi app for several months now & not only is it wonderful that you don't have to pay a monthly fee to use their dropship service, but the quality of the items they offer, regardless of where they're manufactured, is absolutely top notch! I've ordered several things for myself, so I can vouch for their quality first hand & I've never had an unhappy customer. Lastly, their customer support is EXCELLENT. They are available 24/7 & always go above & beyond to help you. A+++++! Edited
