I have had this service for years. I wish I could keep it but I will have to switch to another provider because index stopped offering call forwarding. I need to be able to forward calls to other numbers when I am unavailable and for some reason index stopped offering this service that they offered for years. Will be switching this week.

I have more spam calls then anything else. I don't think my block list can take anymore numbers. I don't receive all my text messages nor can I send messages. I came from sideline. Their service was not that good, but they were not as expensive. For this price and problems can go to straight talk or cricket and have another phone. I like the convenience of not having another phone to carry around, but I need a fully functional app. Edited

Perfect app until yesterday. I went to click on the app to make a few business calls and it automatically signed me out. Been trying to get back in every since to avail. Keeps telling there has been some type of error please try again later. Emailed with no progress tried calling but no one has been available. Someone please help I'm missing out on bookings

Twice now had my outgoing and incoming text messages not working with my recruits. As not all of them reply, each time it took a few days to realize the problem. Support takes a couple days to resolve the issue and is not good at updating without having to ask and reopen tickets. This is costing my business majorly and will more than likely be switching to a different app.

This app could be great. Unfortunately, three days after porting in my business number, I still can't send or receive texts. I'm missing texts from potential clients, current clients and past clients. I've reached out to customer support every day. The problem isn't being solved. It's unacceptable to not be able to get the most basic service right Update: Customer service was very responsive. They communicated with me while tech support worked on the problem.
