If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. If you sign up for a subscription, then later want to cancel, they make it impossible to do so. I tried on computer, different browsers, in this app, and on my phone on browsers. The menu where it should be, isn't there. And customer service ignored my request for help. They asked me a few questions, I answered, then they never replied again. The only way I could cancel my subscription was to delete my account.

This is my favorite reading app. I love the stories and all the many options of stories. I love the fact that I don't have to wait but a second to get to the next chapter. Thank you. EDIT: This app keeps freezing and I can't scroll to read. I get out, open it again and it freezes over and over. Also, it won't save the book I'm reading in the history. Edited

They just did a new update and I thought updates were supposed to fix problems not create more. It was fine before but now there are so many technical issues. It takes literally 10 minutes for each page to load. And when it does,there is so much lag I have to touch the sake button 15 tines before I get results. This is no exaggeration. I counted. This is so frustrating because the app was working just fine before. Either do one big update that fixes all the problems or don't do them anymore. Edited

Tried using the app in 2020 and it wasn't a good outcome. I don't know what's changed but I have found better quality writers. I have been able to see clear analytics. I am writing on the platform and feel hopeful about visibility but I'm really enjoying the app as a reader and I like the badges that we can earn. Customer service is super quick and helpful. I've had good experiences Everytime.

Ever since the update, the app crashes every few minutes. It's very frustrating since I can't even read a whole chapter before it crashes again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it more than once. I cannot reach anything in the app to be able to respond or clear the cache. Edited
