I tested ahead of time in the app that my microphone camera and speakers were all working properly, but the moment the call started I was forced to use the phone's tiny speaker as if I was on a call with the phone to my head, instead of the louder speakerphone. While I was in the call I was unable to find any method to switch from having to put my ear up to the phone to the speakerphone setting. Otherwise the video and audio was okay, but I really couldn't hear my doctor. that's a real problem

I went to download the app for a telehealth dr appt. This app is huuuuge. I would need to delete other apps and files to make it fit on my phone. As a patient, I really don't need a fancy app. I need something like an "Adobe Reader." I opted to try the website version. It failed. My doctor ended up using Zoom in a last ditch effort to have a meeting. Edited

I did not find this app to work as well as going straight through Chrome. It looked good but we were never able to get me on camera with the provider. I don't know why, but i am uninstalling it right away. It showed that i was in the waiting room to my provider but there was no screen showing me or the provider on my end. Too bad.

I would give 0 stars if you could. This app blocks my camera and microphone. 4hr out of my life working on this app and the app still doesn't work. When the tech people are fed up the tech says turn off phone and call this number. I'm done this app is a joke. I have a Samsung s20+. I don't have a cheap phone.

Great app, easy to navigate great fast way to make appointments, send messages to your Dr. Directly. I do video Dr. visits on this app. Look up any lab results, upcoming appt. All past or present concerns & visits. Order med refills requests. All my health history securely stores in this app. Definately reccommend.
