Horrible app with a horrible, non-intuitive interface. Additionally, despite logging in with the same device EVERY SINGLE TIME, it says I am logging in with a NEW device and requires me to set up a pin EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in. Incredibly annoying and frustrating. The alternative (trying to log in online via a web browser) is even worse and has even less options available, so I am stuck ONLY using the app that looks and feels like it was somebody's first attempt at app development.

The providers I've dealt with have been wonderful. The app itself if disastrous: constantly failing to sign in, messed up video, server errors, it would be easier to list the ways the app HASN'T been disappointing while trying to get care. As of 1/9/25 the issue I get to deal with involves signing in. I can input my username and password, tried re-installing the app, and regardless I get the same error message that my session has ended, and I need to log in again. Edited

As mentioned by multiple people, the actual app is horrible. I've entered my insurance info once, it worked for a few days then "lost" my insurance and was unable to verify. Deleted app & reinstalled. Same thing. It worked for a few days then "lost" my insurance info again. And there really isn't any tech help. I can't trust this app. I'm disappointed.

The app and service is broken. I can't access my messages at all. On desktop, it doesn't display my messages at all. On the app, it gives a "Internal Service Error " when I try to open my messages. When I tried to lodge a request for tech help on the website, even my request wouldn't go through. We had a good experience with both of the doctors we've spoken to so far, and when I called the help phone number, the person was wonderfully empathetic, but ultimately she wasn't able to do anything. Most of the positive reviews here are for the service, not the app. The service, indeed, is wonderful. The app is a nightmare. It's tremendously buggy, and tech support is non-existent. I have tried calling a half a dozen times and no one answers. The bugs frequently prevent the appointment from going through, and the absence of tech support is an embarrassment.
