Great, flexible exercise programming for BJJ athletes. Options are available for recreational grapplers up through advanced competitors. There are programs for different goals, including strength, endurance, competition prep, and "lifestyle" for people looking to improve their overall physical conditioning. Exercises can be easily swapped to fit your available equipment and preferences. As a certified strength coach, I think this app is excellent.

I train BJJ 4x a week and this app has the best programming no matter if you train casually, competition, or you want to increase certain aspects of your training ( strength or endurance). If I don't have a peice of equipment you can substitute the exercise for literally dozens of other options that similar movement patterns and each exercise has a demo video attached to it. I really can't say enough good things about juggernaut ai

Always compare product to price. This app require an expensive subscription. I have no clue as to what I'm actually paying for since the app is static. You pay for a great database of exercises, you rate your "readiness" and type bio info. Then the app throws a workout for you based on these parameters. How such a simple app costs 20usd/month. I cant recommend this app with this price. Try the trial and screenshot the workouts. Result is the same. Just increase weight yourself maybe

This program is awesome. I'm starting week 2 and the workouts are making a difference. now, I'm 50 years old and roll Jiu-jitsu 5 days a week and I still get the workouts done. they are challenging but doable. I love the challenge and effort I have to put in to get better. highly recommend this app!

Great app - programming is spot on and varied. Workouts aren't too long. Great if you're new to strength & conditioning style training. I have extensive experience doing hypertrophy training but this world was completely new to me.
