I followed the instructions laid out for registration & sign up bonus & was told after a series of time that I violated the rules & that I'm now not eligible for it. Customer support is automated so no help there, only that the problem can't be described nor resolved. Simple theft of one's time & efforts. I'm not even going to give anything else a chance to happen with this one. I'm done.

I joined this exchange, but as promised, I verified my account with my number and ID. They didn't give me a bonus for various reasons. It was just a way to attract users. All their promises are false. They only think about their own interests, not the users. This is the best point to get to know them because they will most likely not keep their promises in the future either. Edited

I was able to withdraw all my profits, this exchange had no problem for me, it was just a little stuck when authenticating in upload photo, And so on that it does not have less than 5x leverage, and that's bad. The futures trading system is good, and it would be better if solve those two problems.
