BROKEN It crashes when trying to upload anything. Then requires you to re-authenticate then just crashes AGAIN. over and over and over. And apparently I have accounts in OTHER STATES I HAVE NEVER EVEN VISITED. So somewhere there is a major breach of my personal data. So I'm going to try and have my info scrubbed from this app. If at all possible.

Cookies are broken or a non-existent feature. Both the app and web based client suffer from the same issue. It may recognize you, even ask for biometrics if you have that configured, but then you still have to re-enter your cell number, and re-authenticate with codes to both your cell and email, then re-supply your birthdate each time you log in. Even if I choose to remember the device for 30 days. It has been this way as long as I can remember. Plus attachments don't always work from the app.

As stated in earlier reviews, I installed this app and it does not show enough screen to select patient login. Please fix so patients can use the app. Currently, in is not usable. The whole concept is not very well designed. I can send texts to the provider from my regular messenger app on my phone, but I can't receive text messages from the provider. The concept is poorly designed. Maybe is this app actually worked, it wouldn't be so inconvenient to send/receive texts. Edited

It worked just fine until I was to have a video visit. While trying to join I kept getting the msg that it didn't work on my browser. It worked great for texts. Apparently, if you are using Android you must use the Chrome browser. Ended up with a telephone visit and now trying to figure out how to get it to transfer to Chrome. What a nightmare

Great app to text back and forth to doctor's that otherwise have no idea how to answer a phone or get back to you in a timely manner. This app goes straight to admin assistant that gets back with an answer very quick. Usually within a couple minutes. That's the staff at the center for advanced orthopedics in catonsville Maryland tho. I'm sure they aren't that quick everywhere. But the app works awesome
