KPN TV App often doesn't recognize when I'm at home (while using WiFi), so that watching live TV in the app is not possible. It would be great if that worked. It would be even better if I could watch live TV anywhere. For my favorite channels, that's not possible. Additionally, the navigation could be smoother. When watching something in full screen mode, closing the app is not straightforward.

While it works, usage is pretty clunky compared to Ziggos offering. The guide takes up way more space than needed on 4k and there doesn't seem to be an option to continue playback while looking at the guide. Changing channels is slow, but made slower by forcing you to wait several seconds in case you wanted to type more than one number. I do like that it responds to most of the tv remote buttons. Not the previous channel button yet though. Edited

terrible, casting is not working half the time. one cannot continue where you paused. atm cannot watch anything.

Clumsy & complex to navigate. On the tv version it's so hard to skip forwards or back a recording quickly! Impossible to play back a show that has just finished, only much later the show can be played back... ! Casting to chrome cast stopped working after initial cast succeeded once, not stable! Long scroll to find e.g. CNN channel, channel numbers cannot be used. Once going back and reenter the guide you can start the scroll fromthe top once again. Edited

On my Samsung A21: hangs (internal 72 or something else), main menu comes and goes, controls not handy, favourites selection not available during TV viewing (only selection from all channels possible), list of favourites regularly disappears, short dropout at start of programs resulting in missed headline readings, some stations only available at home, app barely improved over last years. Hi, de storing met de foutmelding Internal-72 is ondertussen opgelost! Als je de app update naar de nieuwste versie, dan moet alles weer goed werken. Mijn excuses voor het ongemak! - Sommige zenders zijn inderdaad alleen thuis te bekijken, dat heeft te maken met de uitzendrechten die elke zender zelf bepaalt.
