Goedemorgen Harry! Je kunt via de instellingen bij "Namen bij mobiele nummers" dit naar wens instellen. Je zou dit niet elke keer hoeven aan te passen. Wij passen vanuit KPN geen recensies aan. Je mag alles delen wat je over de app kwijt wilt.

Called 3 times to cancel, canceled online, in the end they didn't cancel in time and I have to pay for 1 more year (300€). DO NOT TRUST THEM, they're scamming customers! EDIT: Because KPN replied, I contacted support numerous times and sent numerous emails, each time I got a reply of "yeah we're gonna process it" and then I receive new invoice every month anyway. Each time I call the same cycle begins so stop lying Edited

The app is really slow, every screen is loading for 5-8 seconds, in 2026 , man. On the main page there are a lot of ads, but nothing useful.

The app was not sufficient in helping with the lack of internet - it just provided information that no connection with the router could be established by KPN. It turned out to be a hardware problem with the router- it was solved very quickly by getting a new one at the KPN shop. Please include this as a suggestion, the option to book a call after 1-2 days is funny. Edited

And once again: devs, app crashes on the startup. On Android 15, moto g 15 Power. Some of the functionality (like data sharing) is available only through the app. Are you going to fix it? It's not only the recent update - that started happening a couple of updates back! Also - if you bother to write a reply, please write something meaningful and to the point.
