awesome app 😁 I lost 10 kg and came in my bmi , besides the healthy eating, going out for a walk etc. This app has easy workouts which are simple and easy to follow and helped me lose my first 4 kgs which I lost without dieting only using the app. I want to say a huge thank you ❣️ My doctor had asked me to lose weight and I found it extremely difficult until I started using this app.

this app is fantastic I like it I have set a reminder and in the time I set it it have sent me a notification to start exercising but there is one little problem the song is for kids and kids don't like them these days they like other songs like apt or pretty little baby I am not telling u not to installe it I am just telling u the problem if u like kids songs that's great but I don't. thank you for reading please say that this was helpful

this app is very good is useful for child there are many workouts here not much ads I like this App it doesn't take any money like other apps is reduce my weight to 1 kg in one day now I am only 30 kg. thank you
