i am having headaches with this app. the dashboard and backoffice is not updating/syncing to the pos system. The pos system wasnt updating either but the guy we purchased it from came and factory reset it and it updated but the app and backoffice still has not updated even though i sign out and sign back in.

inconsistent report, back office and dashboard are not the same. im going crazy with this pls fix the bugs with the range of date and time, does not extract the right data. Edited

Been using the APP for a longtime now and was has always worked just fine but suddenly today when entering my email & password its saying the same is not valid (which is an incorrect statement). Please advise how to resolve as we use it on a daily basis. Thanks and appreciate your prompt assistance.

Constantly getting "no internet connection" despite the fact that I have one. I've contacted support many times about this issue and it keeps happening. Very very tiresome to go through this issue when I am busy at work.

Dashboard is crazy. Please fix this so I can change my review. Items list keeps disappearing. Total sales does not pop-up right away. It keeps spinning though my internet is very fast.
