This was my first time using a ride service, and they really exceeded my expectations! My driver was JOSE, he was Prompt, professional, very courteous! I felt safe during my ride! I like that they let you know what kind of vehicle they're driving so you know what to look for, and they give you a PIN # to give the driver when you get in the vehicle to make sure they have the right customer, and you have the correct driver! I would highly recommend LUXY to family and friends for a great service!

When booking on Luxy, you're not actually reserving a ride or a price. They auto canceled my ride because demand was high. Then, when I called, they offered a new ride at a much higher price. This is a horrible service not worth your time. Don't use it if you have a critical ride to the airport as they just jack up the price last minute even if you pay well in advance. Edited
