I am editing my initial review from 2020, from 2 stars to 1 star. This app is AWFUL. I don't understand why it NEVER works. I'm looking up places to stay and I continuously get the red notification that the app is crashing and to retry or close. It's constant. Doesn't matter how many phones I upgrade throughout the years, or how many times I uninstall or reinstall the app... Still have issues. I don't have these challenges with Hilton at all. My Goodness. I can't express how awful this app is. Edited

Will Not Open. I had used the app in the past without any problems but now the app just shuts down immediately when I tap to open the app. There is a message that says an update was just added to fix a problem. Well, I would like to let you know, you fixed it all right, fixed it so no one can use it. I notified Bonvoy IT department and they apparently do not understand the problem and keep asking me for screenshots. You cannot send a screenshot of an app that doesn't open! 12/28/24 CRASH again! Has been glitchy lately. App created a duplicate reservation once, which took a lot of effort to correct. Today, the booking submission returned the error, and then the app started misbehaving and not returning any rooms at all hotels. After 10 mins, my reservation showed up, but by then, I had booked Hilton. I am starting to lose trust in the app. Edited

App was working well for all my searching and booking until recently. In the last few weeks, I get repeated logouts and when trying to log in or confirm via SMS/email, I encounter numerous error 403s or 500s. if I'm actually able to get into my account, my searches often show "no rooms available" across all dates and properties. These issues are getting annoying - I've had to call the local hotels and use the main website to accomplish anything. Reinstalling the app hasn't helped.

The app used to be flawless and worked perfectly. I don't know what's changed in the last few months but you guys need to get it together. Ambassador level and ready to take my 200+ yearly stays to Hilton or IHG. I often need to book last minute and constantly make changes. I need an app that's reliable. Not an app I have to randomly fight with because it won't even go past the splash screen before it crashes out. This is ridiculous.
