My experience is very bad. These people do not inform for cancellation, before time. After cancellation they offer alternate flights at very high price. After 24 days of flight cancellation, I am still waiting for refund, which they told me will done after further 20/25 days .

worst experience. when you issue a ticket all details should be mentioned in the emails sent. about luggage allowed. made the worst mistake of buying tickets through this app. too much ambiguity. customer service don't respond

Just a Frud on baggages and sasta Refund they doesn't Add Baggages On it and when ever i call they told me it updates automatically you have not paid for it but i have paid for sasta refund and Baggages i have SS they both are in 2nd option. they have started Frud now. very bad service now. will never use it again and they don't even give a reply on WhatsApp Edited

I recently had an issue with a booking on SastaTickets, but I must say I'm very impressed with their customer service. They handled my complaint professionally and processed my refund without unnecessary delays. It's rare to find such responsive and honest service these days. Bad experience with sastaticket.pk i have cancel my booking first they charage refund charges 7 thousand on ticket of 24 thousand thats fine may be thats are airline charges but from 2 months they are not refunding my money only they are sending appology email in reply of my reminders.
